1. Clarify the role and the sell story - documenting in a job spec.
2. Help you construct an efficient & effective selection process (including developing a success profile & scoring rubric, and tailoring your interview panel & sequencing).
3. Outline a sourcing strategy and share sample candidate profiles with you to refine the candidate spec.
4. Conduct screening interviews
5. Provide regular weekly updates to the client
6. Prepare and debrief with interviewers and candidates
7. Help you close a selected candidate
8. Post-hire onboarding and mentoring support
We understand that both quality and speed are important to our clients. Our experience will be helpful when considering how to think about tradeoffs when selecting a key hire for your organization.

Generally, a search can be completed in less than 90 days from project kickoff to candidate acceptance.
Our commitment is to deliver unmatched service to our clients. You will always work with our Principal - not a junior staffer. And, we only accept 1 search at a time. As such, we work only on retainer. With that, we also offer unparalleled value. We charge a flat fee based upon an estimate of first year's base pay * 25%. That fee is invoiced half up front with the remainder due upon your new hire starting work. Additionally, we offer COMPLIMENTARY executive mentoring to everyone we place - which can take the form of a guaranteed place in the People Leader Accelerator program, or a 1:1 coaching relationship.
