Don't strand yourself out on "HR Island". 🏝️
1. Understand how your org makes money.
2. Identify the most important priorities of your org. If your CEO has not done a good job articulating this clearly, take a stab at it yourself. If you're way off, you'll definitely get redirected!
3. Document & socialize a "people plan" that CLEARLY & DIRECTLY supports the most important org priorities. This is like a product road map for the HR / People function. What will you work on that will obviously accelerate PMF, ARR growth, etc.?
